Pole Junkies This is the site of Canadian Pole Guru Alena Downs.  Along with aiding in the building of my classes, Alena, has also helped me nail a number of difficult tricks.  Alena offers platinum stages poles and a helpful forum of which I am a member.  Pole Junkies offers online one on one lessons and often in the forum you'll get a free tutorial!

Vertical Dance This is the site of UK Phenom KT Coates.  KT recently won Gladiators in the UK chalking her win up to "Pole Power!"  Vertical Dance is the home of the X-pole and inlcudes online lessons and training certification along with a helpful forum - I am also a member here as well!

Pole Links This is an amazing resource site for everything pole.  Jessilyn spent 4 years researching pole dance and has combined her 4 years of knowledge with videos and other help things.  If you are just getting started this is a great website to check out!  Thank you Jessilyn!

Lil Minx Poles This site sells Lil Minx poles.  They offer one piece semi permanant poles in a wide array of colors and finsihes,  Custom poles are also available.  Among poles they offer a portable poel that does not require drilling.  This is the first poles I purchases and a pole that you may have danced on in class.

Platinum Stages This site sells poles used in class.  Platinum Stages offers a wide array of poles from one piece and multi piece removeable poles to permanant poles.  Poles are available in stainless steel and brass.  Smaller diameter poles are available with this company.  All multipiece removeable poles come with a spinning option.  This site also specializes in stage poles which do not require ceiling contact.
